Our Mission

Puzzle Piece Ranch is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a learning and recreational space for children with developmental, physical, or medical disabilities. Our vision includes a fully inclusive playground, an interactive animal area, and a versatile event center. Future plans also feature a fishing pond, an equ ine center, and perhaps even a hayride. We’re excited to have you along as it develops!

Our Mission

The Puzzle Piece Ranch (PPR) is dedicated to creating a haven where special needs individuals can celebrate, play, and learn in a sensory-friendly environment, and where adults with special needs can find meaningful work and develop life skills. The Ranch aims to nurture confidence, foster independence, and provide a holistic support system for the special needs community.

Our Story

Puzzle Piece Ranch started with Jeremy and Amanda Haysmer and their second child, Wyatt. As parents, they faced the challenges of raising a child with special needs and quickly realized there weren’t many places where Wyatt could play and learn safely. They wanted a place where he, and other kids like him, could feel comfortable, valued, and safe – but they couldn’t find one.

So, they decided to create it.

Jeremy and Amanda dreamed of a ranch where special needs children could enjoy the joys of childhood – interacting with animals, doing creative activities, and exploring nature. They wanted a place where kids could play freely and parents could relax, knowing their children were in a safe and caring environment.

This dream began to take shape on 70 acres of peaceful land in Wellston, Oklahoma. Here, Puzzle Piece Ranch was born – a place where every child is seen, every family is supported, and every piece of the puzzle fits.

Our Future Home

Set on 70 acres of beautiful land near Wellston, Oklahoma, just 12 miles east of Guthrie, our future ranch will be a sanctuary surrounded by large trees, lush grasslands, and plenty of space to build the perfect environment for our children.
